New Jersey Real Estate License Qualification

Get A Real Estate License

The NJ Real Estate Salesperson exam is 110 questions that test your knowledge across real estate license law, law of agency and a broad range of real estate knowledge. The exam is comprehensive and very challenging for most students.

NJ Real Estate Salesperson Course

Qualify To Be A Broker

In order to qualify as a real estate broker in New Jersey, a candidate must take a 150 hour course of instruction covering general real estate knowledge, ethics and office management. Like the salesperson exam, the NJ broker's test is very challenging.


Continuing Education

The New Jersey Real Estate Commission requires active real estate licensees to complete 12 hours of continuing education during every two year license period. A minimum of 2 hours of ethics is required and 6 hours in core topics.
